Medical-grade standard
Once delivered, a used unit can't be resold as new under medical-grade equipment standards.
Why we don't accept returns
Because every chamber is custom-built and tested specifically for you, we're not able to simply restock a returned unit and resell it, the way a retailer could with an off-the-shelf product. That's why all sales are final once your order has been delivered.
We know that's a real commitment, which is why we'd rather you feel completely confident before you order than uncertain after. Our team is genuinely happy to answer every question you have ahead of time, specs, sizing, what to expect, anything at all, so there are no surprises once it arrives.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end, if your chamber arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at help@titanhyperbarics.com and we'll assess the issue and move quickly on a repair, replacement, or resolution.
European Union customers
Due to the custom medical classification and non-resalable nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to Titan Hyperbarics chambers. This exception is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding made-to-order and health-related products.
