Due to the custom-built nature of our hyperbaric chambers and the strict medical-grade standards we follow, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any Titan Hyperbarics chambers once the order has been placed.

 

Each unit is individually manufactured and thoroughly tested for safety, performance, and integrity prior to shipping. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell returned chambers under any circumstances.

 

We strongly encourage all customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchase to ensure full confidence in your order. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.

2. Damages And Issues

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If your chamber arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@titanhyperbarics.com. We will assess the issue and work quickly to make it right, whether through repair, replacement, or resolution.

 

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and photograph any visible damage before opening.

3. European Union Customers

Due to the custom medical classification and non-resalable nature of our products, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to Titan Hyperbarics chambers. This exception is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws regarding made-to-order and health-related products.
