What is Titan Hyperbarics?

Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is required to purchase or use the Titan SMART™.

Is this really safe for home use?

Yes. The Titan SMART™ is built to the highest global safety standards with real-time CPU monitoring, CO₂ scrubbing, emergency release valves, and medical-grade construction. It also features side entry and double zippers for easy, single-person operation.

Is it easy to get in and out of the chamber?

Absolutely. Our side-entry design and spacious interior comfortably fit two adults—ideal for mobility concerns or assisted sessions.

What makes the Titan SMART™ different from other chambers?

Most chambers are mass-produced using cost-cutting materials. The Titan SMART™ was designed by the original inventor of the soft chamber and features reinforced TPU, a true cooling system, and precision craftsmanship. Every detail reflects that legacy of excellence.

Is the oxygen purity really that high?

Yes. Our included 10L oxygen concentrator, delivers up to 97% oxygen via our custom medical-grade masks.

Is this chamber comfortable for long sessions?

Yes. Unlike most systems that use dehumidifiers labeled as “coolers,” our unit includes a true A/C system that circulates cold, temperature-controlled air. You’ll feel the difference within minutes.

Will I feel claustrophobic inside?

Unlikely. The Titan SMART™ features five large windows, a breathable interior, and an open-feeling design to help you relax and feel at ease.

Can I use it with someone else?

Yes. The Titan SMART™ fits two people comfortably, whether that’s a partner, a child, or a wellness professional guiding your session.

What ongoing maintenance is required?

Very little. Our high-end components are built to last and require minimal upkeep. You’ll receive a care guide, and our team is always available for support and check-ins.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because chambers are custom-built to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your build is already in production.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options with instant approval so you can begin your healing journey without delay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with industry-leading security protocols.

Do I need to speak to someone before ordering?

No, but we highly recommend it. Most clients choose to speak with a certified advisor to ensure the best fit and answer any final questions before checkout.

How fast does it ship?

Your Titan SMART™ is delivered in 7–10 days, with full tracking and pre-scheduled delivery included.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is 100% free within the continental U.S.

What if I live in a hard-to-reach location?

We coordinate every delivery through our national network. Whether you live in a gated community, rural town, or downtown high-rise, we’ve got it covered.

How is it delivered?

Your chamber is delivered via freight in custom-protected packaging. We handle scheduling coordination to make the process seamless.

Can I update my address after shipping?

If your order has already shipped, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to redirect it if possible.

5. Warranty, Returns & Resale

What’s the warranty?

Every Titan SMART™ is backed by a lifetime warranty. This is a long-term investment in your health, and we stand behind it—year after year.

Can I return the chamber if I change my mind?

Due to the custom nature of each build, returns are not accepted. However, with in-person training, expert onboarding, and lifetime support—buyer’s remorse is virtually unheard of.

What if I want to sell it later?

Titan chambers hold resale value due to their build quality, safety certifications, and strong brand recognition. Many clients find that Titan units retain value better than any other brand on the market.

Do you have a physical address?
