Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is required to purchase or use the Titan SMART™.

Is this really safe for home use?

Yes. The Titan SMART™ is built to the highest global safety standards with real-time CPU monitoring, CO₂ scrubbing, emergency release valves, and medical-grade construction. It also features side entry and double zippers for easy, single-person operation.

Is it easy to get in and out of the chamber?

Absolutely. Our side-entry design and spacious interior comfortably fit two adults—ideal for mobility concerns or assisted sessions.

What makes the Titan SMART™ different from other chambers?

Most chambers are mass-produced with cost-cutting materials and outdated technology from the early 2000s. The Titan SMART™ was designed by the original inventor of the soft-shell chamber and engineered with everything those other models lack: a built-in CPU that adapts to your breathing in real time. The medical grade oxygen concentrator delivers 10L of 97% pure oxygen. Our AC Unit is a true temperature-controlled A/C unit (not a dehumidifier). It includes reinforced TPU with heat-welded seams, and a regenerative carbon dioxide scrubber for cleaner, safer sessions. Every detail reflects decades of innovation, and it's all backed by a true Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime US-Based Support.

Is the oxygen purity really that high?

Yes. Our 10L oxygen concentrators, delivers 97% oxygen.

Is this chamber comfortable for long sessions?

Yes. Unlike most systems that use dehumidifiers labeled as “coolers,” our unit includes a true A/C system that circulates cold, temperature-controlled air. You’ll feel the difference within minutes.

Will I feel claustrophobic inside?

Unlikely. The Titan SMART™ features five large windows, a breathable interior, and an open-feeling design to help you relax and feel at ease.

Can I use it with someone else?

Yes. The Titan SMART™ fits two people comfortably, whether that’s a partner, a child, or a wellness professional guiding your session.

What ongoing maintenance is required?

Zero maintenance is required. Our high-end components are built to last and require minimal upkeep. There are no filters to change, and a service technician is not required. You’ll receive a care guide, and our team is always available for support and check-ins.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because chambers are custom-built to order, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your build is already in production.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options with instant approval so you can begin your healing journey without delay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with industry-leading security protocols.

Do I need to speak to someone before ordering?

Yes, our dedicated team will speak with you and diagnose a full recovery plan that fits your specific needs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

How fast does it ship?

Your Titan SMART™ is delivered in 7–10 days, with full tracking and white glove delivery included.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is 100% free within the continental U.S.

What if I live in a hard-to-reach location?

We coordinate every delivery through our national network. Whether you live in a gated community, rural town, or downtown high-rise, we’ve got it covered.

How is it delivered?

Your chamber is delivered via freight in custom-protected packaging. We handle scheduling coordination to make the process seamless.

Can I update my address after shipping?

Yes, but If your order has already shipped, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to redirect it if possible.

5. Warranty, Returns & Resale

What’s the warranty?

Every Titan SMART™ is backed by a lifetime warranty. This is a long-term investment in your health, and we stand behind it.

Can I return the chamber if I change my mind?

Due to the custom nature of each build, returns are not accepted. However, with in-person training, expert onboarding, and lifetime support, buyer’s remorse is virtually unheard of.

Do you have a physical address?

Yes, we do have a physical address. Our headquarters is located at 17350 STATE HWY 249, Houston, TX 77064.

What support do I get after buying?

Titan clients receive lifetime product and technical support. Our U.S.-based team is always just one call away.

What if I don’t know how to use it?

We personally guide you every step of the way. For an additional fee we can have our team give you an in person training session. Also, with your order you will receive a detailed instruction manual. If you’d like extra support, our team is just a phone call away to assist you directly.
